Mobin Khan, is Founder/President of the GLAD TIDINGS PRODUCTIONS, a Feature Film Production company, based in Chatsworth (suburb of Los Angeles) California. Glad Tidings Productions is a subsidy of INTERNATIONAL OUTREACH, INC. (IOI), a California Philanthropic Organization. Mobin founded International Outreach, Inc. in 1984 for Global Philanthropic purposes, he is also its President/CEO since its inception. International Outreach, Inc. has works in 165 countries. He has widely traveled in all continents and all of the countries where IOI work has been expanded. He is a naturalized citizen of the United States of America and has been living in the Greater Los Angeles area, the base for Hollywood Movie Industry, for over 24 years.



Mobin was born and brought up in India where his ancestors, The Moghul Dynasty, ruled for over two hundred years and built one of the seven wonders of the world, the Taj Mahal. While in India he was influenced by the Indias movie Industry, BOLLYWOOD, Bombay, (the worlds largest feature film producer). His first training in film industry was at the GALILEAN INTERNATIONAL FILM TRAINING SCHOOL Bombay, 25 years ago. The famous, FILM AND TELEVISION INSTITUTE OF INDIA Poona India, was further movie production training center to Mobin while he was studying Ph.D. at the University of Poona.
